*Since that's all that they're going to get, they head back to the dorm.*

With being given the cold shoulder, Azuma goes silent. The comfortable silence returning.

The waitress comes and collects their empty plates and asks if they'd care for a refill on their drinks.

"No, thank you. I should get back to work."

*She starts digging out her cut of the bill.*

*Once they're back in the room, Thiera locks the door & begins encasing the dominoes in another coconut-like structure.*

T"Do me a favor, get on Google Earth & see if you can find the dealer. We've probably lost him, but we might as well try."

Nothing happens in regards to the cocoon thing. As for Aroma's search, there's a number of people in red, none wearing work gloves as far as she can tell.

Azuma: "Don't fret about it. I got it."

Taiyo: "You want to hang out later? When you're done work."

A"M-mn. Sorry."

T"It's no problem. Let's go out for lunch, my treat."

*She stuffs the coconuts in a drawer.*

"Certainly."

*She is either ignoring Azuma or doesn't seem to get what he's on about, because she leaves some money behind. Including tip.*

Taiyo: "All right. What time do you get off work?"

Azuma shrugs and throws some money down to cover his and the others.

Azuma: "We're heading to the pet store."

Taiyo: "All right."

"Not long after you get out of school, I would guess."

*Thiera & Aroma enter.*

Taiyo: "Okay. Hi, Aroma. Hi, Thiera."

Kari: "Hello, Azuma and Mimiru."

Azuma: "Hey, Kari."

Mimiru: "Hello, Kari."

Kari: "The um...girl who liked the kittens isn't with you today?"

Mimiru: "She's over at the diner talking to a friend of hers."

Azuma: "Can't say she's fond of me."

Mimiru: "Gee, what else is new?"

Azuma: "She don't want to be my friend, well I can't stand her anyways."

"Hi Taiyo."

"Hi Ven."

"Later."

Taiyo: "Bye, Ven. Bye, Aroma. Bye, Thiera."

Taiyo scampers out waving to them as she leaves, heading to the pet store.

*Aroma & Thiera are left alone & confused. Thiera buys them lunch.*

Fast forward to the end of the school day. Taiyo had gone home to feed Kitters and call up Ven.

Mimiru had just plain gone home while Azuma went to work where Hitomi would be arriving soon enough.

He takes a sip of his water, popping a pill into his mouth afterwards as Loeb walks in. The name on the door says District Attorney Harvey Zwei in black letters.

Zwei: "Afternoon, leiutenant. What can I do you for?"

Loeb: "Your friends in internal affairs have anything on that schmuck from lock-up?"

Zwei: "Wasn't that Miller's beat?"

Loeb: "We're both working the dominos case. And God knows with a case that recent it's no coincidence shit's gone missing."

Zwei: "Fair enough. As a matter of fact..."

Zwei removes a folder from a drawer in his desk.

Zwei: "Thomas Scott, relatively new to the force. Few instances of getting a little rough with suspects, but nothing concerning bribery. Not the cleanist, but he's not entirely dirty either."

Jin had accepted Eve's offer, and had probably gone home with her.

Grimm was up on a ladder outside of the church, thoroughly cleaning all of the windows.

"Hello?"

*Aroma was back in class, so Thiera returned to her dorm to see if the new dominoes had done anything to her plant.*

Taiyo: "Hi, Ven. It's Taiyo. Where do you want to meet?"

Nothing has happened. Perhaps Aroma was right and that it's a regular domino.

Azuma is wiping down the front counter when Hitomi walks in. She doesn't seem too thrilled to see him. Or is indifferent. It's difficult to tell.

Azuma: "Hello."

Hitomi: "Did you kill anyone?"

Azuma gestures for her to follow and they go to the back of the shop. He holds out his hand.

Azuma: "Showing is better than telling."

She hesitates for a minute before grabbing his hand. Azuma's head snaps back, the feeling is quite discomforting.

Grimm should be able to see the sky darkening as dark clouds roll in.

*She proceeds to cut the domino in half & examine the bisected domino over a microscope. She is sure to wear a medical mask & gloves as she does so.*

"Umm...how about the park?"

Taiyo: "All right. See you there."

Cutting into the domino is a lot like cutting into chalk. Not too easy and...chalky.

Under the microscope it's much different from the other one, yet still made from unfamiliar compounds.

Hitomi releases Azuma's hand, stepping back.

Azuma: "That smarts. Anywho, how was it?"

Hitomi: "You threw him off a fire escape."

Azuma: "I'm not sure how to...I don't know, express myself? I figured if I tried using fear, it might work. It didn't."

Hitomi: "And that woman. I seen her once before, last summer. She saved me. There's just something...dark about her. We made contact and all I saw was blood and felt cold."

Azuma: "She doesn't come off as the warm and cuddly type. To be honest, she does give me the creeps."

*She puts it away. It's not possible to analyze it. Since she already told Ven she was busy, she decides to find a place to store the coconuts besides her room. If there's ever a drug search for these domino things, they will lead to some awkward questions. She looks for a large tree close to the dorms.*

*Ven is at the park.*

Taiyo arrives, looking like she ran the way there.

Taiyo: "Hi, Ven!"

There are a few trees, although none are outside her window.

*She does suppose that will make it difficult to quickly retrieve them for analysis. She also looks for bushes, but figures that she'll most likely have to make due with the tree closest to her room.*

"Umm...hi, Taiyo."

Taiyo: "What's wrong?"

There are some bushes in a flowerbed of sorts outside other windows closer to the dorms.

Some people look at her like she's some kind of weirdo for scoping out common trees.

Dalia was now returning to her home from college, and also noticed the clouds coming in. She furrowed her brow a little, I don't want to go out in the rain.

Grimm looked up to the sky to see how quickly they were moving in and how dark they looked.

*This would work. She'd come out later & hide them in the bases of the bushes. In the meantime, she heads up to research known vigilantes.*

"Nothing."

Taiyo: "Okay... So, what do you want to do?"

Her search yields mostly vigilantes who are either confirmed dead or haven't been seen in years. The most recent hit only states it's a faceless male in blue, usually seen with a Japanese woman.

They're relatively light as storm clouds go, nor are they moving too fast. The storm isn't expected to come until later.
