Cabin in the Woods II

*Eve looks worried*

<I think we may have to brave the trip to the pond again, and soon.>

Sab tinged pink and smiled a silly grin, "Thank you. It makes me so happy to hear you say that."

Taiyo sits on the edge of the bed.

Taiyo: "Yes, but we already lost someone and if there's other monsters, how's anyone to get to us."

T"It would be best if we could get some water and bring it back here to sanitize it before heading out for the road. But we might have to choose one or the other."

*Euryale puts a hand on Taiyo's back.*

"They've already gotten close. And if they can't get to us, we'll just get back to Pforzheim on our own."

*As the night continues, they eventually finish their food.*

Sab wipes her mouth as womanly as possible, then said, "That was so good. Did you enjoy your food?"

<I agree. However, maybe we should rest first.>

Azuma: "How'd that trip to the pond go, anyways?"

Taiyo: "What if there are other things near the road? Or if they don't want us to leave?"

Eve:<The water was full of some kind of insect.>

"Yes, it was delicious. This was a great idea, thank you."

*Euryale rubs Taiyo's back.*

E"We'll get through it, don't worry."

R"Yo."

*At this point, Roatha stumbles in with 2 cans of water.*

T"Well, I'll be up, so I guess we'll take the mattress out of our room, for starters."

"No, thank you for coming," Sab said, "I had a great time because of you."

Azuma: "Lead the way."

Taiyo: "Oh,um...hi."

"I don't mean to be selfish, but, Eduj and I both have open back wounds," Hector said, having moved closer to everybody else. "Once we've finished barricading, could we maybe get looked at?"

T"Sure, if my light holds out."

*She & Nero enter their room & begin hoisting the mattress.*

R"I brought drinks."

*He shakes the cans so that they can hear the water.*

"Me too."

*Aroma begins paying.*

Azuma and Mimiru go about helping to lift it up, as much as Azuma can do with one good hand.

Taiyo: "Thank you."

Taiyo goes to retrieve the cans from him.

As does Sab. She then opens the door for Aroma when they leave.

Eduj stepped away from Astarte who slipped into a prone position on the floor, still asleep. He and Eduj walked back to their room, and provided that Cameron was still their with his flashlight, they hoisted up their mattress and brought it out to the living room.

*There are now 2 mattresses shoved up against the door.*

*Euryale gulps down her drink. Roatha just fucks off.*

"You're too kind."

*She offers her hand after exiting the building.*

Azuma: "Recap, we're using all the mattresses, sans Euryale and Taiyo's?"

Taiyo just periodically sips from her drink.

Sab laces her fingers between Aroma's and walks in step with her. Every few seconds Sab peeks at Aroma out of the corner of her eye, or looks down at their hands, and smiles wide.

Eve:<I suppose so.>

T"Well, if we can move 2 without too much problem, I suppose it's a good idea."

*She & Nero head into yet another room.*

"Do you want to head back to the dorm, or maybe do something else?"

"Did you have something in mind?" Sab asked.

*Eve goes to help Thiera and Nero, while Monu and Tirea head into another room to grab the mattress*

Azuma and Mimiru head into their own room to get the mattress, Mimiru grabs Azuma's shirt.

Mimiru: "Don't do anything stupid like that again."

Azuma: "Like fight monsters?"

Mimiru: "Yes. I don't care what you were thinking, it was a stupid thing to do."

Azuma: "I hear you loud and clear."

Mimiru: "Then prove it."

Azuma turns around, closing the distance between himself and Mimiru and kisses her.

Azuma: "If I die I'll never get to do that again."

Mimiru: "...Idiot."

*When they get back, they can see red eyes peering in through the window. When Thiera's lantern washes over the window, they disappear.*
