Fine, having trouble remember much of last night, but I'm good for the most part. Bored in a waiting room, so I figured I'd see what you were up to.

Noct looked up over her phone and saw Senthose, "So, do snake bites cause you to trip balls like that, and start seeing things?"

Sab rushed over, "What, what?! Is something wrong?!"

Just making toast.
Then to Noct, Just got up actually.

"Um, okay."

Grimm stepped outside and decided to walk around his house, close to the wall, looking out for stalkers.

*There are several Father Issacs & Father Grimms, but no match to that whole name. Seeing this, Roatha searches the address instead, & opens a few tabs. One is just some kind of online building directory, which he closes because it is obviously useless. The other is part of a list of churches. It just gives his name & a picture. Roatha starts looking up the history of the building, instead.*

T"I guess we might as well start by seeing if he's written any books."

*She goes to do that.*

*He applies a pad of gauze & medical tape which will later cause her extreme pain by ripping out her arm hairs, then heads off to test the blood.*

S"Not exactly, but it causes several physiological reactions that impair both vision & judgment. If...whatever their names were were talking about monsters again, it's possible that her mind reacted to the panic & filled in the blanks."

Noct nods, "Ah, that seems to make sense. But what if everything comes back fine, and she wasn't bitten by a snake, or spider, or Cthulhu or whatever?"

She then looks down at her phone, and sends out a text, Ah. Well, good morning, sleepy head. Sorry if I kept you up too late.

"Oh my g-- Wait, she said everything is fine..." Sab said, "I'm sure Noct would let us know if it was something more serious."

Better than the cereal we have. More or less confectionery.
Then to Noct, It's no problem, I usually stay up pretty late anyway.

Hector paid and helped Eduj out, taking him indoors and having him lie down on the couch. Astarte was made to move to an armchair with her toast, and Hector told her what happened.

Grimm put his free hand under his cassock and firmly gripped his pistol, then held his bayonet defensively in front of his chest and moved around the corner. He made sure to move far enough from the actual wall so that no arm would be able to snatch him as he passed the corner.

OOC: Gabe shaves her arm hair? Fucking weirdo.

"Do you want my honest answer, or the polite answer?"

*There is no person. The shadow is being cast from a nearby object that honestly doesn't look like it should be able to cast that shadow. But when he looks back at the shadow, it looks completely different, & matches the object's shape more closely. He next sees a movement of a dark shape through the window of his house.*

T"Well, there are no books under his name. I guess we just have to wait until Roatha gives us a group to call, or look up."

OOC: I'm led to believe this is not an uncommon thing, though I guess it makes Gabe prissier than expected.

"So, you really think our next stop should be to a shrink?" Noct asked. "I just don't get it. She seemed fine, hell she just ran an entire track meet, and won. I just don't get how she could go from normal to loosing her marbles over night."

Noct looked down at her phone, and typed out a reply. Ah, so I'm not the only night owl around. So, what are you up to? Breakfast?

"People go to the hospital for all sorts of reasons," Sab said, "She said Gabe was fine, so maybe this is just them making sure. If so then they're just being extra safe, so there is no need to get worried."

Having just been informed of the new creature's attack on Eduj, Astarte went and locked the doors and brought drinks for Hector and Eduj. She then sent replies. To Cameron, Stay away from the woods, Hector and Eduj got attacked. They're okay. It was something different to the others.
And to Noctis, Yeah.
Meanwhile, Hector dialed Euryale's number.

Grimm went back to the door and stepped inside, still holding the bayonet and gripping the pistol.

Gabe rolls up her pants legs, "Honestly, I don't know if I was bit. I'm just basing this off of the symptoms. I was jogging out in the woods, so if this did happen, I suppose it would be somewhere on my legs."

"Could be that it's not her, per se, & we're just witnessing the start of a Mass Hysteria. Of course, it's also possible that she is coming down with schizophrenia. She is the right age for it. Do you know if it runs in her family?"

They were jogging and got jumped. Apparently it was a black thing with wings and red eyes. Be careful.
Across the room, Hector spoke, "I've got news. Not good news either. We got attacked by a new creature near campus. It beat the shit out of Eduj and ran off."

And so Grimm started carefully searching the entire building.

"I don't know much about her family other that that her dad was some kind of sports star who died. Seen her mother at a track meet once. Didn't talk much, but she seemed normal enough," Noct said. She then looked down at her phone, saw that the reply she got was simply a 'Yeah', and decided that she didn't really have enough to continue the conversation with.

Gabe frowned, honestly hoping it was something as simple as a bite, "Oh, okay."

Sab nodded, "Sure. We should be there for moral support anyway."

*Assuming she clicks the link, she gets a "Page cannot be displayed."*

*He keeps thinking that he sees movement out of the corners of his eyes, but whenever he turns around, there is nothing.*

Since this is an hour later I'm assuming Sabroma has made it there. Noct waves as they enter the waiting room.

Gabe nodded, "Well, I suppose that is good news... Uh, can I go now?" She didn't know if she had to sign something, or pay for the visit.

*Eve stands up and walks over to the others*

Great, another new one. That's completely different than what happened to us. Any sign of the Shadow?

Apparently they saw it behind some trees or something, but I don't think it attacked them.

"It walked on four limbs, it was black with large red eyes... and it had wings," Hector said. "It moved faster than we could possibly keep up with, and went straight for the attack. Came from the trees. It didn't seem to cause serious injury, but Eduj was pretty out of it for a while."

Grimm took a seat in an armchair in the corner of his living room and took his pistol out of his cassock. He waited in the chair, weapons in hand.

Taiyo is doing something. Presumably the same thing Euryale is doing unless it's not possible.

With a whole lot of nothing to go on, Mimiru forgone the whole reasearch thing and is playing Tetris. Which is frustrating.

E"Is there anything we can do to help?"

*Thiera holds up her phone.*

T"Yeah, I just got Roatha's message. If the orphanage page doesn't show up, that probably means that the shelter closed down, & any remaining orphans were transferred to other facilities."

Azuma stops watching cartoons and texts Mimiru, asking what she's doing. She responds saying getting pissed off at Tetris.
