Episode Two: The Point of Absolute Zero

Azuma: "Footwear won't really help your already numb legs."

Patamon: "Hurry up and fix it!"

Taiyo hisses at Patamon.

"Yup, definitely going nowhere fast."

*Lunamon hugs one of Euryale's legs*

Eve:<What are you doing?>

Lunamon:<Trying to warm up her legs.>

Taiyo hisses at Hibiki.

Azuma: "Patamon gets irritable when he's hungry. Don't tell me you're the same."

"Awww she's adorable, like a little wet kitten" Hibiki snarks.

"That's not funny Hibiki."

"Can we just figure something out?"

R"Oh yeah, I guess Cameron does kind of have a point."

*Dorumon follows Lunamon's lead.*

E"If I can't feel my way along, I'll just have to pay more attention to where I'm going."

R"You scare me sometimes."

E"You like it."

Lunamon:<We'll have you warmed up in no time!>

*Lunamon grins*

Azuma: "Well, if we stick around any longer we're all going to be in the same position. If she can't stand, we'll carry her."

"Not unless my legs literally fall off. C'mon, Taiyo, let's do this. Thanks, uh, Digimon."

*She stands up, swaying slightly before regaining her footing.*

Taiyo remains in a pseudo-seated position in the snow. Now it's her turn to be helpless and frozen. She just raises her arms like a child that wants to be picked up.

Taiyo: "I should've changed into jeans in the cave..."

*Euryale does pick her up, and with Dorumon's help, starts raising her up into a piggyback position again.*

Hibiki and BlkAgumon start walking again.

Taiyo clings to Euryale who can feel how cold her legs are while everyone can see how beet red they are.

Taiyo: "Some great adventure, huh?"

With any luck they finally set off, heading elsewhere into the forest.

E"It'll get better, once we're out of here."

*Everyone continues walking*

Lunamon:<Want us to warm your legs when we stop next?>

The section of forest they pass through is much denser than the previous section, Azuma stopping to hold back branches for the others to pass if they don't just snap off.

Through the crunching of snow and the snapping of branches they can hear a gull overheard.

Hibiki and BlackAgumon who are presumably at the head of the group fall on their asses when they slide down a slope that seperates the forest from the snow covered beach.

Kylie:<Hey, you two alright?>

*They try and carefully head down the slope*

Hibiki stands and rubs his ass.

BlkAgumon makes a snow angel in the snowbank.

"Just fine..."

*Euryale looks at the beach in dismay.*

"This is no good...."

Azuma hops off the slope and on to the beach.

Azuma: "Snow's not as deep, so it's something. Guess we should try fishing."

"I'm beginning to think that this snow and this winter isn't natural" Hibiki says.

E"That's not really anything. Taiyo & I need somewhere protected from the cold & the snow, & fast."

Azuma brings up a map of the beach, a series of rectangles are lined up along the shore some ways from their position.

Azuma: "We got something closeby. With any luck, it'll be something relatively shelter-like."

R"Why don't we scout ahead? Not much sense in dragging them down here if we have to turn back."

*Roatha & Dorumon slide down the hill. Aroma tries to follow, but just kind of falls & rolls down. She pulls herself out of the snow, trying to avoid eye contact with anyone.*

Hibiki and BlkAgumon follow Roatha and Dorumon.
