*Netzach presses a button on his Digivice, causing Cyberdramon to become trapped in a translucent blue orb.*

Netzach<Reckless hero bullshit like that is what got Helen killed. Malky told her to wait until the castle was breached, then attack alongside Gevurah, & that he wouldn't tolerate any more of her failures or vendettas. But did she listen? 'Course not. Bitch had way too many screws loose, & Senthose wasn't around to cover her ass any more.>

*She approaches, careful not to look at Venusmon*

MagnaAngemon heals Thiera.

Datamon<I do not have a file on the composition of a D-Power, but I suppose I could attempt to download the specifications.>

*His hand sprouts a bunch of tools. Unscrewing one of the D-Powers, he takes its outer shell off, & with a fine pair of tweezers, removes a microphone & tosses it into his mouth, chewing it up & swallowing it.*

Netzach<Oh, don't even pretend to care. You're the one who just let it run wild. I thought it was because you had the sense to see that these things are nothing but bits of stray malware. But I guess you're just an irresponsible pet owner.>

<I detect no foreign objects in that device. It is logical to assume that this would also apply to any D-Power that had been subjected to similar circumstances.>

*Meanwhile, Thiera, Euryale, & Agumon walk around the group, towards Venusmon.*

Taiyo: "Shouldn't you give it your D-Power?"

*He presses a button on his wrist-mounted Digivice & a Monzaemon Heart appears around him.*

Renamon attacks with Diamond Storm while Cyberdramon continues on trying to pop the bubble.

*Knightmon merely grunts at being shoved, then rights himself*

*The heart around him pops, but the diamonds clink off of his invisible shield.*

Netzach<...You broke my heart.>

*The others apparently take this to be Dogpile on Netzach Time, because Regulumon slashes him with the sword again & DemiDevimon jumps off of the tree, Digivolving to Ultimate & stabbing him in the same spot with her claws. When they manage to rip his shirt & draw some blood, he takes a step back, pushing a button on his Digivice. The bubble flashes, & now emits a powerful shock every time Cyberdramon tries to damage it. The Keramon stretch their arms & leap into the trees, swinging around like deranged monkeys, & firing Bug Blasters at Renamon.*

*So she runs off that way, followed by Kylie who stops to grab her digivice and thank Datamon. Cameron does that same, then follows with Biyomon close behind*

Lyra:<Were we followed?>

*Knightmon heads in that direction as well*

That pisses Cyberdramon off more and it attacks the bubble again.

Renamon Kohenkyo's, swapping places with a Keramon, attacking the others.

Angewomon and MagnaAngemon prepare to fly across the lake.

*This just results in Cyberdramon getting shocked again. With the push of a button, Netzach imitates Renamon's Kohenko, resulting in LadyDevimon & Regulumon stumbling over each other to keep from attacking Renamon as they're being pelted with a bunch of diamond shards. As the Keramon Digivolve to Chrysalimon, the others draw near, but a gold & white blur whizzes past them. Netzach looks over his shoulder to observe Venusmon standing on foaming water, golden hair & white ribbons swaying in the breeze. Tsune & Gomamon reluctantly tear their gaze away from her.*

Netzach<Gonna take a wild guess & say that you're the Big Boss. Interesting how, at your highest levels, you things always seem to imitate us.>

Venusmon<Human, why are you not enthralled? To resist my charms, you would have to hate me, or feel nothing at all.>

Netzach<I'll tell you over Truth or Dare.>

Venusmon<I have no interest in playing, nor for your feeble-minded braying.>

*Netzach starts snapping his fingers. LadyDevimon, sitting atop Regulumon, both with diamond shards sticking out of them, closes her eyes tight & tugs at her hair.*

Netzach<You're not the only poet, wouldn't you know it? I can rhyme too, foo'.>

D<For the love of the Sovereign, just kill him already!>

T"LadyDevimon! I'll come help yo--"

*She takes a step forward & LadyDevimon's eyes snap open.*

D<No! There are Chrysalimon all around here, stay where you are! ...Is that Venusmon? Wow, she's more impressive than I thought. Wait...you didn't replace me with a better Digimon, did you?!>

T"What? No, of course not. Don't be ridiculous."

MagnaAngemon picks up Azuma & Hitomi.

Azuma: "Coming along?"

Taiyo: "Yeah. What about you?"

She looks at Euryale as she asks the question.

*Kylie and Lunamon come across the scene, a few seconds before Cameron does. Startled, he catches a glimpse of Venusmon*

Biyomon:<LadyDevimon! We have to DNA digivolve again!>

E"There is no need. Venusmon is handling it."

*Euryale & Agumon turn, seeing him & IceLeomon staying behind the trees slightly.*

Reg<Probably for now! This tool says he's just here to scout.>

Netzach<Hey. Standing right exactly here.>

Venusmon<You will not stay for long. You will not provoke a fight already won.>

*He shoves his hands in his pockets & kicks a diamond shard aside.*

Netzach<Got me there. But I'll be back, next time with Malky & Friends. So--y'know--not running in fear, or anything.>

Taiyo: "Shouldn't we stop him?"

*Lunamon digivolves to Crescemon and holds an arrow pointed at the asshole's heart*

*Venusmon raises her arm, prompting the dove to take flight. The dove lands on Crescemon's hand & pecks her, causing her to drop the arrow. She then pulls out her hair ties. Netzach tilts his head at this display.*

Venusmon<I will not tolerate violence in my domain. If you return, no one will be slain. But your entry will be refused. You are not welcome in my refuge.>

*Soaked by the spray of the water, Venusmon's hair begins to shimmer & flow around her like a halo of light. The ribbons trail off of her right hand, whipping in the breeze, while the clam in her left hand opens up.*

Netzach<Well, that should be interesting to see.>

*He presses a button on his Digivice, then he & his Chrysalimon disappear in a flash. Thiera runs to LadyDevimon's aid.*
