L"Well, they're missing, but there were police in the area they were last seen, so we thought maybe you knew where they are."

L"Ugh--wait, on second thought, could I please speak to Officer Jane?"

L"I don't know, she was always just introduced as Jane."

Lara<I'm not surprised. You may have to go to the station, or pursue some other lead.>

Grimm stepped outside and looked around, then beckoned for Stefan to follow out, "We're going back to the church, hurry up."

Azuma winces and grits his teeth.

They didn't get her. She'd never let them.

Azuma: "Has anyone come to see us?"

Nurse<Not that we know of. Your injuries were obviously life-threatening, but you've been stabilized now. As long as you stay put & heal properly, we will be able to release you within a week, & you should make a full recovery within another week.>

Doctor<We would, however, like to know how you received these wounds.>

*Lilith & Thiera glance shiftily at the crowd of people surrounding them, & Senthose raises an eyebrow.*

"Looking for me?" Grimm sneered at the group after looking each of them in the face. Astarte and Stefan each took weary steps back from behind their respective sides.

"If by 'the others' you mean the ones who assaulted me in my church, the police took them away," Grimm shook his head somberly. "Not entirely unscathed. The bronze woman took quite a beating to put down."

Azuma: "Because our wounds don't resemble gunshot or puncture wounds."

Taiyo shakes with anger and sadness, unfortunately for her she probably looks like she's having trouble pooping rather than looking angry or sad.

*Having quite enough of his shit, Lilith charges forward, intent on decking that asshole in the face. Senthose, being closer, grabs his arm & delivers an upward kick into his stomach, content in the knowledge that he can't stop BOTH of them from beating the shit out of him. NOW people are paying attention to them, generally stopping to form a circle & stare. Meanwhile, Thiera is busy watching Taiyo & trying to figure out what she's doing.*

Grimm seized Senthose's leg with his right arm before he could lower it, keeping it at his stomach so that he could swing a kick up into his crotch hard enough to push his balls into his body. Stefan darted into Lilith's way with both hands outstretched as though to shove her back.

That is not reassuring at all.
