*Hitomi tilts her head unaware of why she's stammering and the like.*

L"Technically, color does not exist. It is a perception assigned to the universe based on your neurons. Some androids can see ultraviolet or thermal radiation. In fact, it is not entirely necessary for color to be detected by sight."

T"This has gone on long enough. Lilith, the real reason is because humans, like androids, are hard-wired not to kill other humans. Truthfully, it probably is the best solution to simply put a bullet in her head, but I don't think any of us could bring outselves to do it."

L"What about Senthose? He killed other humans."

T"There are exceptions to the rule."

L"...Understood."

Zell hopped into her Megadeus, "So, when do we leave?"

*The library's phone rings. When she answers it, she hands it to Hitomi.*

*As she spoke, she pushed a few buttons on her watch & Basilisk came off of the support struts, the chamber in its neck opening. Lilith climbed into Rozengeist in a few bounds.*

*She takes the phone.*

Zell buckled up and waited for everyone to go so she could follow.

*Basilisk emerges from the tunnel in front of them.*

*She hands the phone back to be hung up.*

*Basilisk slithers up to Gelu, aiming to drill the shoulder-mounted cannon off. When Rosengeist arrives, it opens the machinegun ports down its length & opens fire at the assembled Paradigm-2 Megadeuses.*

*She takes the books off the counter.*

"I'll return tomorrow."

*She then leaves to drop the books off at home before heading to the hangar.*

*Gelu Chalybs (you say the whole thing!) raises its assualt rifle and fires at Basilisk's face.*

Mirror Zero fires a volley of lazers at GC.

*This bounces off of the drill as it digs into the arm cannon & some of its gun arm's armor. The Spider Megadeus walks over him towards Mirror Zero, the lightning-shooting Megadeus generating a barrier that protects them from the gun & laser fire.*

*As she walks towards Paradigm Headquarters, she feels all sorts of tremors from under the street. Some people near her are muttering about divine judgment.*

Mirror Zero uses its thrusters to get closer to the lightning shooting Megadeus, and slashes at it with its beam sword.

*She picks up the pace heading to the hangar, boarding Kanrei Tsuki once she's there.*

*Gelu Chalybs opens a wrist mounted machine gun port and fires into Basilisk's body.*

*The sword begins to push against the barrier, but can't quite break it. Rosengeit's extendo-fist gets through, grabbing GC's arm & electrocuting it. Rozenkreuz raises a leg to kick down on the hand, but Basilisk's tail whips around & knocks her over.*

Zell pulls away the sword and instead stabs at the megadeus, figuring that the same amount of force concentrated on a finer point would yield better results.

{Understood.}

*Hitomi boards the Megadeus and fires it up, heading into the tunnels.*

{This is embarrassing.}

*Gelu Chalybs fires a needle at Basilisk.*

*She manages to stab the Megadeus in the shoulder. It roars, lightning blasting from its mouth to Mirror Zero's cockpit. As Gelu finally puts a crack in Basilisk's armor, the hand of Rozengeist pushes forwards, a damn chainsaw popping out of its wrist & whirring on. Basilisk slithers under Gelu to climb on top of Rozenkreuz.*

*Kanrei Tsuki is travelling through the tunnels. Could arrive at any minute.*

*Gelu Chalybs fires its other wrist mounted machine gun, aiming at Rozengeist.*

Glass being non-conductive, Mirror Zero was able to use its thrusters to distance itself from the Megadeus before serious damage was done. Mirror Zero then cocked its sword back, and used its thrusters to launch itself at the Megadeus again, aiming a stab at its neck with more force than before, hoping to behead it.

*KS arrives behind Rozengeist as it tanks a shot to the stomach. There is a loud whining noise as GC's chest is attacked with a chainsaw. Meanwhile, Rozenkreuz is struggling to keep Basilisk's head away & to the side. It starts firing its wrist lasers into the Megadeus's neck repeatedly. Mirror Zero feels itself being pulled to the side, just enough that it misses. The Megadeus electrifies a fist & punches at it.*

*Gelu Chalybs fires a needle at Rozegeist while Kanrei Tsuki positions itself to fire at Rozenkruez.*
