Bleach Anime Preview

I thought his form changed based on how fucking pissed he was and that was his release power or something.

This new chapter was only good because it had a badass picture of the badasses standing like badasses in a badass group of badass badasses.

The reveal of Hiyori was stupidly anti-climactic.

But the gang was pretty badass. Too bad they were Mooklows.

And a new Arrancar. Guess Kubo got sick of hearing everyone whine about how slow the start of the Lost Agent Arc was too.

I don't know, that was...interesting? I like that we got news on a lot of different fronts, but between the curbstomp battle & the first villain showing his face to the heroes on the second chapter, it had a disturbingly fillerish vibe to it.

Assuming that that is a villain and not an envoy from Hueco Mundo.

Aizen was the only one who knew how to make a complete Arrancar, & he's a Gimp right now. So unless some of the Arrancar survived, that's something of a plot hole.

Yes, that's basically what I mean. There would have to be surviving numeros that never had any screentime. And they would have had to have decided to follow...someone. Halibel decided Hueco Mundo didn't need a ruler, Nel's still a kid as far as we know, & Grimmjow's just awful.

Could just be a shit's going down better let the guy who almost iced Aizen know thing.

So is Bleach the best anime these days? I was looking at starting a new anime to watch and was going to kick it nostalgic like and watch Monster Rancher, but it's not that great lol.

Longer answer: There are a lot of ongoing manga/anime series. Though a fair number of series have ended or become shitty recently, it's still far from the best. However, if you only watched the best of everything, you'd have a lot of free time on your hands.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is probably the best mainstream anime out there. If you want something out there I can give you a short list.

Also Kubo just won a hilarity point in my book.

I've become highly skeptical of anyone claiming Word of God, they never have a source. At least I have an excuse: Those interviews I read disappeared when Bleach Forums died.

Edit. Short chapter, without letting us know anything new really. Quincy are back, no shit, they declared war on Soul Society, saw it coming, there is a group of them meaning everyone important gets to have a cool one on one, kind of how Kubo does his shit, Yumichika was fucking fabulous, its his thing so I expect nothing less.

It did lead me to believe that the Quincy were not gone, but simply hiding out in the Rukongai though. At least, that is what I get from that scene. As for Ichigo's Quincy, I'm shocked Uryu couldn't tell what was going on. Even if he doesn't know him he must have felt his spiritual pressure, or seen the way he was using high speed movement, which is unique to the Quincy. I know for a fact noticing shit like that is his thing, and that fucking bread wasn't THAT distracting.

Holy fuck that was a short chapter.

Uryu can't notice something he's not there to see. And I can understand him not realizing it's a Quincy, I'm imagining Ivan is part-Hollow for some odd reason. Also, what the fuck is with the giant spiked bow?

Edit. I want to see Uryu go Final Form Quincy vs. Dangai Ichigo. I'd still give it to Ichi simply for Mugetsu, but FFQ took out a Captain, and a Bankai with one shot... and his aim was off, so you know the power is there.

I don't want to see that because it would be incredibly stupid. Also, no contest. Uryu one-shot the weakest Captain. Ichigo one-shot someone who could toss around Captains like it was nothing. And--

Why are they ending it? That's incredibly stupid. Why go through all of these filler arcs to keep the damn thing afloat just to say, "Meh, piss on it." If they were going to end somewhere, why not end at the Arrancar Arc? Especially because, at the important parts, the handling of this arc's adaptation has only been mediocre so far.

If anyone needs me, I'll be in the Angry Dome.
