Bumping the topic because, while poking around for that 3rd week's information, I found out that Bleach is supposedly entering its final arc.

Don't know that, could be a fucking long arc.

But I'm figuring at least one of the statements was misleading, if not outright false.

It's starting to look like everyone who read too deeply into all kinds of shit might have been right. And I don't like that.

I find it completely appropriate that Kubo's icon thing looks a little bit like the DAT ASS face.

Also interesting.

The anime clarifies that Tsukishima was being a smug douche & totally deserved to be socked in the face. Unagiya's Motherly Bosom, however, that was just awkward.

Oh, remembered something else about the last episode: Ichigo didn't jump through the window. I was upset.

Not sure if it was so smart to start off this arc by giving us new characters to follow around. I always find it smarted to ground the reader, then introduce them to new shit, not the other way around. Above even that though, it kind of makes me think this will be a bit... filler-y, cuz now I feel like these new fuckers are going to be getting some screen time that Rukia or Ichigo or Uryu could have put to better use (Kubo: "I was going to do some YoruSoi stuff, but that would have taken up the panels I set aside for the new characters.").

Anyway, there isn't really much I can say about this new arc, other than that the Quincy are back, and that is cool. But, really, with the Ishidas around, we knew they weren't gone entirely.

...You realize these are the replacements for Afrogami, right? It's highly unlikely they'll be very important.

I am hopeful since the new arc is about the Quincy, because that means it's not some shit completely out of left-field, but I do insist that it delivers some continuity between the Arrancar & Lost Agent Arcs.

Also, it amuses me that you think Kubo gives a shit about this crack pairing of yours.

What happened to Bleach going on for another ten years?

As I said before when this issue was raised, the arc could be like... REALLY long.
