My theory is that she killed her FullBring. And now her boots have no soul.

I think that quite simply her boots have been destroyed beyond repair, and that it now has no soul, not that she killed it herself.

It was implied that she did a Heroic Sacrifice way back when. Also, the problem with that the theory that her boots were destroyed is that socks aren't usually shiny.

And blood doesn't usually cascade in beautiful arcs, and arms don't come off like toys. Still, I see what you mean.

Another thing I noticed that is common, at least in the anime--when you hit water, it doesn't make a pillar.

btw you really should read this stuff on manga stream. The scan quality is much better.

I told you not to use mangafox which is a glitchier but more robust version of Mangareader.
