The World

Noctis quadruple slashes again, this time ending with a kick. She then looks over her shoulder, wondering if Luna or Thiera were busy doing something. Not like there was a fight they could have been helping out with.

Mortal slashes again, and Sab uses another Juk Rom.

*Monudon goes and checks the skeleton*

Hector advanced towards it, his blade ready.

*Luna stabs at the golem from behind her, finishing it off. The other monster begins charging its sleep spell. Euryale positions her sword above her head & spins it 3 times before bringing it down on the monster. Thiera grins sheepishly.*

Thiera: I only have water spells.

*The portal swells, spewing out 2 more flower monsters.*
===========================================
*When the skeleton breaks open, an Antidote rolls out of its shattered ribcage.*

*Monudon goes and checks the other two corners*

Noct doesn't say anything, and slashes the crab three times, aiming to weaken the crab, but not kill it. Mortal then slashes, and Sab uses another Juk Rom.

Hector charged the flowers and hit the closest one with a downward slash.

*There is a skeleton containing an Antidote, & a chest containing a Permafrost. There is only one other exit from this room.*

*The crab dies under all of the assault, with the mist of its spell passing harmlessly over Noctis. If they follow the pointing finger from one of the skeletons in the gibbet, they'll notice an exit unsealing.*

*It squeals & recoils as the other one bites him in the side.*

Noct makes her way over to the exit.

Hector ignored the flower biting him and stabbed at the previously struck flower.

*The next room is another L-shaped room with a Magic Portal. This one also has a chest near the entrance. When the Portal opens, 3 Cyclo Sharks emerge.*

*Now in critical condition, the first flower begins to run away, while the second keeps biting him.*

Noct attacks one with a quadruple slash. Mortal attacks another, and Sab uses a Juk Rom on the one Mortal attacked.

*Monudon takes the other exit*

*Noctis has nearly killed the Cyclo Shark, but Noctis finds her leg movements frozen as the one in the back shakes, charging a spell. The one she's attacking also takes this time to try to ram her, but gets a spear to the face for its efforts, & dissolves. Euryale begins hacking at the other Cyclo Shark, along with Mortal. They quickly bring it down to critical conditions, & its bites keep missing them. Thiera, still useless, stands there.*

*The next chamber is T-shaped, & also has a Magic Portal. It opens, revealing a Risky Treasure.*

Noct let out a small sigh, then smiled, "Thank you Luna." She then uses a The Lovers on the Shark charging the spell.

Mortal and Sab keep doing what they were doing.

*Monudon decides to open the chest*

*The chest explodes in a fireball, taking what's left of Monudon's HP down to critical conditions.*

*The shark turns pink, small hearts emerging from its head. It then bites onto the other shark's tail, chewing & ripping at it. That doesn't prevent its spell from being cast, but the Rue Kruz doesn't do much damage anyway. It isn't long before the only shark left is the charmed one, & it just lazily swims wide circles around Noctis. When it swims closer to Aroma, she pats it on the head.*

Luna: Hmm...you're welcome.

*Monudon drinks a recovery drink, then exits the room*

Mortal attacks the shark, and Sab uses a Juk Rom on it. Noct felt kind of bad, usually waiting until it turned bad again before killing it off. While the others were butchering her pet, Noct looked at Luna. She made to ask her a question, then stopped, thinking it would be weird.

Luna: What are you staring at?

*Aroma hugs the shark before they can attack it any more.*

Aroma: What are you doing?!

*It's a "t." It has 2 exits.*

"You," Noct said, "I mean, um, I'm not staring, I was just... I was going to ask you something, but then I didn't, and I guess I just... kept on looking at you."

Mortal shrugged, "Well, it is a monster. It is going to turn bad again soon."

*Monudon takes the left exit*

Luna: It would have been less awkward, had you asked.

Aroma: But it helped you. Why would you kill something that helps you?

*The shark nuzzles Aroma.*

*On his way to the door, Monudon spots another egg.*

"Agreed..." Noct said, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable."

"Because it is going to got bad again," Mortal said. She then turned to Euryale, "Help me out here."

*Monudon picks up the egg, then continues to the door*
